City and County 'Live" Gas Alarm Testing

Key Benefits

Capabilities

AMV’s field service engineers will travel to the customer’s site for city and county inspections of the gas alarm system. This can be either for an annual TGO (Toxic Gas Ordinance) inspection or for a new or added installation. Our service engineers know the guidelines of the TGO and are experienced in inspections. The inspectors want the gas alarm and safety systems fully demonstrated to them using the actual target gas to trigger alarm conditions. If AMV has previously worked on the system, a complete test report including each sensors location, target gas, range and alarm points in addition to calibration data would be available for the inspector. AMV uses NIST traceable Calibration Gases to inoculate the sensor under test.
